Our services

Hangul Campus provides Korean language education for Sri Lankan students. EPS-TOPIK preparation is currently offered through live online classes with Sinhala explanations. Other courses marked Coming soon are not currently open for enrollment. Register only for an available course and batch.

Registration and accounts

Provide accurate registration, contact and delivery information and keep your Student ID and Enrollment ID. Registration creates an application reference. Your permanent Student ID and Enrollment ID are issued after your first payment is verified. Protect your account password and do not share access or misrepresent another student's identity. Contact us to correct an error or request a plan/batch change.

Fees and package coverage

The EPS-TOPIK full-payment package is LKR 15,000 and can be paid once or in three monthly installments of LKR 5,000. It includes the course, books and book delivery. Class access and book preparation begin after the first installment is verified. The remaining installments are due one and two calendar months after that first approval. Monthly tuition is LKR 2,000 for each chargeable month while enrolled. No additional course, book or book-delivery payment is required for that package. Certificate courier delivery is separate and the applicable charge is shown before requesting it. Monthly tuition and any separately purchased book/delivery fees are shown for the selected batch or service before payment. Existing approved payments remain recorded at their original amounts; a new advertised price does not rewrite an earlier payment.

Payment methods and confirmation

Bank transfer/deposit and bank-slip upload are available. A submitted slip is pending until Hangul Campus verifies it. When PayHere card checkout is enabled, payments are in LKR, card details are entered with PayHere and we confirm payment from the verified provider notification. No extra card convenience fee is added. A success screen or screenshot alone does not establish a confirmed card payment. If money has been deducted but confirmation is pending, contact us before paying again.

Classes and participation

Class dates, times and access information are communicated for the selected batch. Students are responsible for a suitable device and internet access and for following the communicated timetable. If a class is rescheduled, we will communicate the revised arrangement. Contact us if you need a pause or cannot continue.

Books and certificates

Provide a correct recipient name, contact number and delivery address. Book availability, dispatch arrangements and estimated delivery timing will be communicated for the batch or order; contact us before paying if you need delivery by a particular date. Certificate requests require verified course completion and review. Certificate courier fees are shown separately before submission. Report delivery errors or damaged books promptly so that we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Refunds and cancellations

Voluntary course-withdrawal refund requests are available only after the full course fee is paid once and approved; monthly and three-installment plans are not eligible. Our Refund & cancellation policy explains individual review, evidence, services already supplied and refunds where Hangul Campus cancels undelivered services. Read it before paying. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that apply under Sri Lankan law.

Exams, employment and visas

Our service is education and examination preparation. Enrollment does not guarantee passing an examination, official eligibility, selection for employment, a job placement or a visa. Decisions and requirements of examination, medical, employment and immigration authorities are outside Hangul Campus's control. Check current official requirements relevant to your own circumstances.

Learning materials and privacy

Materials supplied by Hangul Campus are for the enrolled student's learning. Do not redistribute or sell materials without the rights holder's permission. Our Privacy policy explains student records, payment processing and necessary service-provider sharing.

Questions and complaints

Contact us with your name, Student ID/Enrollment ID and the relevant order or payment reference. We will review the issue and explain the next steps. Updates to these terms will be dated and published here; they do not retrospectively change the price of services already purchased.
